Returns & Exchanges - Easy Peasy!

We want you and your little ones to love your new clothes! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns (Right There, Right Then!)

To make sure everything is super fair, we have a special rule for returns:

  • Returns must be done right when you receive your order. That means when our delivery person (the courier) is at your doorstep, please check the items carefully. If you want to return something, let the courier know immediately. They'll take it back with them.

Exchanges (You've Got a Week!)

Need a different size or color? No problem!

  • You can exchange items within one week of receiving your order. Just contact us (see below for how to reach us!), and we'll help you arrange the exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
